You can achieve crystal clear vision with the help of Ortho-K lenses

Are you finding that you can’t wear your contact lenses for as long every day? Or maybe you’re tired of your glasses and fancy a change?

Until now, getting rid of your normal eyewear whilst maintaining clear vision meant undergoing laser eye surgery.

But with revolutionary Ortho-K lenses, you can enjoy perfect sight without resorting to extreme measures.

What are Ortho-K lenses?

Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) is an innovative technique for correcting vision by gently reshaping the curvature of your eye with rigid gas permeable lenses.

It might sound quite drastic, but it’s a simple, pain-free and completely reversible procedure.

All you need to do is wear the Ortho-K lenses at night. They’ll work their magic as you sleep and then you’ll wake up in the morning with clear vision.

Throughout the day, your eyes and corneas will slowly return to their normal shape.

Will I be suitable for Ortho-K?

Ortho-K lenses are suitable for most patients that suffer from nearsightedness, up to about -4.50 DS.

We’ll thoroughly check your vision and examine the curvature of your eye before prescribing the lenses, and we’ll only ever advise you to go ahead with them if we think they will work successfully for you.

One of our opticians holds the highest qualification available in contact lenses (a DCLP advanced diploma), so you won’t find any other practice better equipped to help you achieve perfect vision without surgery.
